Forgot your password? You actually can’t reset it online. You must call technical support at 1-800-240-5019 to reset your password.

Email settings for Frontier:

All EarthLink, MindSpring, and netcom.com email users can use the mail server settings below.

Username : Your email address (including the @ portion)

SMTP server Server: smtpauth.fairpoint.net
Port: 25
Do NOT select SSL security
DO select authentication for the outgoing server

Server: imap.fairpoint.net
Port: 143
Do NOT select SSL security

POP server Server: pop3.fairpoint.net
Port: 110
Do NOT select SSL security
